That honestly is a decision all of us have to make at some point. As we get better and better at music, our standards go higher and higher, leaving a void of unpublished works.
Honestly, even if you may not be proud of it, there will likely be someone out there who really does like it. Just make sure you still keep the majority of your uploaded projects the works that you are proud of. If you put too much spam then it will turn off people.
If you look at my most recent published track, you'll see that it's something smaller and not close to the standards I usually give myself. So go ahead and post what you think others may enjoy, or what you enjoyed making. The likelihood is that if you enjoyed making it, others will enjoy listening to it.
